Janice Stieber Rous is the creator of Body Dialogue™, an integrative therapeutic system that reorganizes the body and develops a new mental feedback process that eliminates habitual dysfunctional movement patterns. It is a form of movement reeducation that draws on the wisdom of the following systems: Alexander Techniques, Stough Breathing Coordination, Hatha Yoga, Qi Gong and NIA. This system has been used worldwide in private, corporate and medical settings with individuals and groups. It provides students with a personalized approach to self care management and wellness. Ms. Rous implements programs teaching Body Dialogue™ in the workplace, for health and fitness professionals, and in corporate, conference and retreat settings.
